Elite Soccer 360 – Returns & Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Personalised Products

Most jerseys sold by Elite Soccer 360 are customised (name, number, printing).

Under EU and UK law, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.

Therefore:

Customised products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for:
• Selecting correct size
• Reviewing the Size Chart
• Entering accurate personalisation details

We are not responsible for spelling errors, number errors, or incorrect size selection entered by the customer.

2.⁠ ⁠Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence

If approved, we will:
• Provide a replacement
or
• Issue a refund

Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

3.⁠ ⁠Australian Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to:
• Refund or replacement for major defects
• Repair or replacement for minor defects

This applies even to customised items if faulty.

4.⁠ ⁠Change of Mind / Wrong Size

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect personalisation details

The Size Chart is provided to help prevent sizing errors.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
